The Scout, Incarnation 7

This incarnation woke up in an alternate universe where there were no Time Lords and the Galaxy was being ruled by a madman....  KRODEN!! (Surprise surprise) Alas, that was the plan. This campaign was sadly never played and dthis Incarnation go no RP time at all. At least, not until he reappeared in THIS universe and regenerated into the next guy.
